I had lunch today at a new restaurant in town. I had a sandwich called "The Bee's Knees" from the description of the sandwich I decided it might be like a fancy BLT (Bacon, Basil, grilled tomatoes). The sandwich I received was more like a grilled tomato sandwich with bacon. It wasn't bad.. but it wasn't what I'd prepared myself to get and I left a bit unsatisfied.In the SCA we have a tendency to give kitschy names to events.. and then say "Oh you know.. just like we did last year" and publish a fairly generic description of what will happen at the event (tournament, A&S display, feast, like normal).When the event actually happens some people (especially new-to-the-area folks) may be disappointed that the contents of the event did not match up with their mental image.
